Yes, we will send you an online English test in order to establish your current level of English. This will enable us to assign you to the right class.
Can I choose my timetable?
Yes you can, providing we have a place in a class at your level at your chosen time.
Can I have a holiday?
Your holiday will depend on the number of weeks and the type of a course you have registered for. General English and examination courses have set holiday dates.
How many levels of General English are there?
We offer courses from complete beginner to advanced level, A1 to C1 of the Common European Framework (CEFR).
Can I have trial lessons before booking a course?
Yes, you can attend two days, two hours per day for the Callan Method courses and one day for the General English courses. This only applies for students who are already in London. We do not offer trial lessons during July and August.
At what time should I come to school on my first day?
You should come to the school at least fifteen minutes before your level test. All level tests are booked in advance to make sure you have a place. Please remember you have to bring your passport/ID with you on your first day.
Are your teachers native speakers?
Yes, all our teachers are native speakers. Most are TEFL qualified and/or educated to degree level and thoroughly trained to use the Callan Method.
How will my progress be monitored?
There are stage exams and exams at the end of each course. You will also have a tutorial with a teacher to discuss your progress.
