Student of the month: Giovanni!

We have interviewed our lovely student Giovanni about his experience in London and at ABC School of English. We have learnt his opinion about the school and the city and we have got to know him better. Thank you for taking the time to do the interview, Could you please tell me something about yourself: studies, job, hobbies, and dreams? I worked in the army for five years to get an expert qualification in materials needed to build houses. At the age of twenty-seven I got married. We had just one child because of my wife’s premature death from cancer. I have not married again. My son graduated in economy and has achieved excellent work here in London. I lived in a Catholic- Christian environment and I was able to study the Bible. Why did you decide to come to London? Now, I’m in London to be reunited with my son. He married to a nice girl, who I consider as a daughter who gave us a beautiful baby girl a few days ago. How do you find life in London? I think that London is very interesting city. I like to take the bus and discover London during the week end. Why did you choose ABC school? As soon as I moved here, understand the need to learn English. After a search on the internet and heard serious suggestion from those who have already experimented the Callan Method, I decided to enrol in class the ABC School. What’s your opinion of the Callan Method course? I started the course with great effort, but also with the firm intention not give up. So I hope to be able of speaking a good English. What are your plans for the future? What is my dream? My dream is to be able reading and interpreting the Bible in English. I am planning to stay in London with my family and continue to study English to achieve my dream. Finally, I feel the duty to thank the teachers for their huge patience and high professionalism.
