Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum stay 4 weeks.
Accommodation Finding fee:
£50.00 (non refundable)
Deposit:
A refundable deposit of £250.00 will apply and will be returned to the student on satisfactory check-out.
Bookings
All bookings must start and finish either on a Saturday or a Sunday.
Arrivals Procedure
Check-in
Students can check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival and should inform the school of their arrival time in advance, to ensure a staff member is available for check in. Booking confirmation and photo ID should be shown on arrival, and guests may be asked to sign an accommodation agreement.
Check-out
Students must vacate the residence by 10am on the day of departure.
All rooms must be cleared of all belongings and returned in the same condition as on arrival. Keys must be returned to a member of staff, and a check-out form may need to be signed.
